abstract | The polymer 26 is dissolved in the solvent 27 in the dissolving tank 23 of the mixing section 15. The solution is dissolved in the dissolving section 16 by the first heater 31 and the cooler 32 and then filtered with the first filter 34. Concentrated in the concentrating section 17, and stored in the storage tank 43 as the pure dop 44. Additives necessary for each variety are combined in the additive liquid supply part 50 and mixed with the solvent 27 to prepare an additive liquid 67. [ The additive liquid 67 is added to the pure dop 44 from the additive nozzle 51 and mixed uniformly in the static mixer 52. When the variety is changed, a new varieties additive liquid (67) is added from the addition nozzle (51). The old flexible dope 54 is subjected to extrusion substitution with the new flexible dope 54 for the pipe capacity C2 smaller than the piping capacity C1 of the entire process to perform the type switching. n n Solution forming equipment |
