abstract Disclosed are a method for releasing a thin film and a method for manufacturing an organic electronic device using the same. The method for releasing the thin film comprises the steps of: providing a substrate; forming an interface adjusting layer on the substrate; forming a thin film layer on the interface adjusting layer; forming an adhesive film on the thin film layer; and injecting release gas between the thin film layer and the interface adjusting layer, and separating the substrate having the interface adjusting layer formed thereon. In the case that the method for releasing a thin film according to the present invention is applied to the method for manufacturing the organic electronic device, electrode layers and organic material layers of an organic device are respectively formed in a parallel manner, and then a releasing and adhering processes using the release gas are carried out, so an effect of shortening a manufacturing process time can be achieved.
