abstract TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for producing a fermented product of a yellow tea plant or a yellow tea plant fermented product, a yellow tea plant extract or a yellow tea plant fermented product produced by the above production method, and a cosmetic composition containing the yellow tea plant extract or a yellow tea plant fermented product. According to the present invention, the fermented product of the present invention can be used as a natural thickener or a skin barrier when applied to a cosmetic product in which a high content of a viscous substance and an amino acid, an organic acid and a neutral sugar are combined. Also, it is more safe than chemical products and can be used for various age groups. It can be used as a moisturizing cosmetic product even when using Hwangryeongguk extract or Hwanggukyu fermented product alone.
