abstract | The present invention relates to a strain of Gluconacetobacter sp. CRSS13-01 KACC 91873P, which has improved cellulosic gel production and initial production rate, and a method for producing such a strain. The cellulase gel-producing strain of the present invention increased the production of cellulase gel more than twice as much as that of existing parent strains. Especially, the initial production amount is remarkably improved, which can contribute to cost reduction and production yield increase in mass production. |
