titleOfInvention | Manufacturing apparatus of chlorine dioxide continuously with low cost and high efficiency and method thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method and apparatus capable of continuously producing chlorine dioxide gas by mixing and reacting chlorite with an acid. The method and apparatus for continuously producing chlorine dioxide gas according to the present invention are characterized in that chlorine dioxide gas is produced by mixing the two kinds of solutions and reacting them with compressed air of a mixed solution in a first reactor, The unreacted mixed solution is automatically passed to the secondary reactor without additional power or sensor to cause additional reaction, thereby enhancing the economical efficiency of the chemical directly connected to the operation and maintenance cost of the apparatus and simultaneously operating the first and second reactor, The gas generation efficiency is enhanced. Further, the present apparatus can constitute the first reactor in the secondary reactor, so that a simpler configuration of the apparatus can be achieved, thereby enabling efficient use of the space in the apparatus. The gas generated through the device is also connected to the eductor device and the water line to form an aqueous solution. |
