titleOfInvention | Fluorescent protein nanopaticles for in vivo imaging |
abstract | The present invention relates to recombinant fluorescent protein nanoparticles having high fluorescence intensity, excellent biocompatibility and stability, and use for in vivo imaging of the recombinant fluorescent protein nanoparticles. The fluorescent protein nanoparticles according to the present invention exhibit significantly enhanced fluorescence intensity as compared to the fluorescent protein monomers and can prevent the structural modification of the fluorescent protein at a temperature corresponding to the body temperature, thereby improving the structural and functional stability of the fluorescent protein. In addition, fluorescent protein nanoparticles surface-expressing the target-directed peptide can be target-specifically targeted, and biomedical imaging can be performed through amplified fluorescence intensity, thus providing a new material suitable for biodiagnosis that can simultaneously perform targeting and imaging. |
