titleOfInvention 3D mask making process and 3D mask
abstract The present invention relates to a three-dimensional mask production method and a three-dimensional mask. According to the present invention, the production method comprises the following steps: forming a hot wire in a specific pattern by etching thermal conductive aluminum spread on a surface of a film made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET); producing a mask by attaching a temperature sensor on an outer surface and forming a plurality of V-shaped incision grooves and pin hole on an outer border while cutting the film; a primary molding step of Inserting the pin hole on the mask into a guide pin on a molding frame, coupling an inner skin of solid silicone onto the guide pin on the molding frame, closely attaching the same onto an upper side of the mask, and then applying heat thereto so as to molding in a three-dimensional form; a secondary molding step of spreading liquid silicone on a gel form on the upper side of the mask after the primary molding step and then applying heat thereto so as to mold an outer skin in the three-dimensional form; and a finishing step of installing a temperature controller at the end of the temperature sensor.
