titleOfInvention | Surface-modified implants, implants for inducing or promoting osteogenesis and manufacturing method of the sames |
abstract | The present invention provides a surface-modified implant comprising an implant substrate having a hydroxyl group introduced into its surface and a linker. The present invention also provides an implant for inducing or promoting bone formation comprising a bone inducing factor fixed to a linker of a surface-modified implant. The surface-modified implant according to the present invention can be manufactured through a simple click reaction, which is simple in process and high in yield. The linker formed on the implant substrate through a click reaction can stably and easily immobilize heparin, a bone inducing factor, on the implant. In addition, the implant for inducing or promoting bone formation according to the present invention can solve the problem caused by premature release of bone inducing factors because it slowly releases the bone inducing factor for a long period of time and induces or promotes osteoblast differentiation or proliferation, And improve osseointegration of the implant. |
