The method for producing the composition according to the present invention comprises: a first step of producing a base unit; a second step of producing a base unit which puts, stirs and disperses titanium oxide, an extender pigment, and an anti-corrosive pigment in the stirred product; a third step of producing a base unit; and a fourth step of producing a hardener unit.
