abstract | In the present invention, biochemical and genetic characteristics of microorganisms (strain name EDB 2), which has excellent endohedral and organic decomposing ability, were isolated through concentrated cultivation in coastal tidal flats and Rhodococcus and 99% homology with pvridinivorans . The strain EDB-2 is aerobic, gram-positive, rod-shaped and pinkish. The growth temperature range was 20 ℃ ~ 45 ℃ and the optimal temperature was about 20 ℃ ~ 42 ℃. Although it has no casein and cellulose hydrolysis ability, it has DNA, agar, starch and tween degrading ability. Therefore, it can be useful for purification of organic wastewater contaminated with organics. |
