abstract The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a suture and a manufacturing device of a suture used for surgical operation and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a suture and a manufacturing device of a suture which is not required for knotting operation of a suture during suturing operation. According to the present invention, a manufacturing device of a suture and a manufacturing method of a suture are capable of obtaining material properties of good flexibility, excellent tensile strength and elongation, which has lower crystallizability than the use of a preform having orientation-dependent properties obtained through a method such as injection molding or the like.
