titleOfInvention Appratus for preventing pollution of a senser
abstract Provided is a device to prevent a pollution of a sensor comprising: a predetermined length of a glass tube to protect a sensor; and an acetal fixture wherein one end of the glass tube is fitted to be fixated. The acetal fixture comprises: a fitting part wherein one end of the glass tube is fitted; a bolt coupling part extended in the fitting part to couple a U-bolt; and an adjustment part extended from the bolt coupling part while a top surface and a bottom surface are bent for rotation. The sensor protected by the glass tube is not exposed to the outside to prevent pollution of the sensor due to the pollutants, and the acetal fixture exposed to the outside when the glass tube is polluted due to long term usage is rotated at a predetermined angle to position a clean surface as a top surface; thus improving an efficiency of inspection. Moreover, the glass tube is separated from the acetal fixture to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
