abstract BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a dielectric barrier discharge device, and more particularly, to a portable plasma skin improvement device capable of generating plasma through dielectric barrier discharge at atmospheric pressure to improve the skin condition. To this end, the present invention comprises a rechargeable battery (10) supplied with an externally available voltage; A high voltage supply module (20) for outputting a DC power supplied from the battery (10) at an AC power of 10 kHz to 100 kHz and 1 kV to 7 kV; A plasma generation module which comprises a panel-shaped electrode 31 and a dielectric 32 surrounding the electrode 31 and receives the output of the high voltage supply module 20 to generate a dielectric barrier discharge 30).
