titleOfInvention | Crystalline form doripenem monohydrate and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for preparing doripenem monohydrate, more specifically, a step (step 1) of reacting doripenem-PNB with a zinc powder in a mixed solvent composed of an organic solvent and an aqueous phosphate solution to effect deprotection reaction; Removing phosphate from the product of step 1 (step 2); And a step of crystallizing the product of step 2 with doripenem monohydrate as a solvent for crystallization (step 3). Accordingly, the process for preparing doripenem monohydrate can be carried out under mild conditions of normal temperature and normal pressure without expensive metal catalysts and special equipment, and it is possible to obtain doripenem monohydrate which is economical and safe as well as high yield. Therefore, the production method of the present invention is usefully applied to industrial fields related to doripenem monohydrate. |
