titleOfInvention | TSG Primer Target Detection |
abstract | The present invention relates to detection of a target nucleic acid sequence in real time using a TSG primer having a double-interacting label (Target Signal Generating Primer). The present invention amplifies both target and signal by introducing a double-interacting label into the primer used in the PCR reaction, and enables real-time target detection by PCR reaction without using complex oligonucleotides. The present invention can be free from the inherent problems and drawbacks associated with conventional real-time PCR methods. The present invention allows successful real-time target detection using only the labeled primers. Further, the present invention can obtain a strong signal indicating the presence of a target nucleic acid sequence in a solid phase as well as in a liquid phase. |
