abstract | A process for producing noble metal nanoparticles is disclosed. In order to prepare the noble metal nanoparticles, the noble metal precursor solution may be prepared by mixing the noble metal precursor material, the stabilizer, the reducing agent, and the solvent, and then the noble metal ions may be reduced by irradiating ultraviolet rays to the noble metal precursor solution. Examples of the reducing agent include 1,2-dodecanediol, 1-dodecanethiol, dodecyl-mercaptan, L-glutathione, L-cysteine, hydrazine hydrate, cysteamine, compounds having a chemical structure of RC n -NH 2 , and the like can be used. Such a process for producing noble metal nanoparticles can produce highly uniform noble metal nanoparticles. |
