titleOfInvention | Multivalant Antibodies for Ultrasensitive Biosensor |
abstract | The present invention relates to a multivalent antibody for a high sensitivity biosensor, and more particularly, to a multivalent antibody for a high sensitivity biosensor, and more particularly, to a Fc fragment having an antigen binding ability to an Fc region of an immunoglobulin G (IgG) comprising a pair of heavy chains and light chains, binding peptide (FcBP) is fused to a FabFcBP-binding multivalent antibody. Since the multivalent antibody of the present invention is superior in sensitivity to a general antibody, it can be applied to various types of antibodies and used for diagnosis of cancer in biosensors and kits. In particular, J1FcBP comprising the polyvalent antibody structure of the present invention can be used as a general Jagged 1 antibody Because it is more sensitive, it is possible to diagnose the disease associated with Jagged 1 signal with sensitivity. |
