titleOfInvention | Novel Gene Implicated in Tolerance for Abiotic Stress of Plant and Use Thereof |
abstract | The present invention provides a composition for enhancing abiotic stress tolerance comprising a nucleotide sequence of DaUKCOR , a gene identified in Deschampsia antarctica Desv. The nucleotide sequence of the present invention is involved in tolerance to abiotic stresses such as drying, salt and cold stress of a plant. Transgenic plants overexpressing the nucleotide sequence have excellent resistance to these biotic stresses, And can be usefully used as new functional crops regardless of the plant. |
