abstract |
The present invention relates to a microorganism having resistance to a microorganism inhibiting substance of a woody glycyrrhiza liquid, having simultaneous inhalation efficacy against two or more saccharides in a glycoside, and having a butanol-producing ability. The present invention also relates to a recombinant microorganism having enhanced butanol production ability, wherein the pathway for converting butyrylcohole to butanol or the pathway for converting butyrate to butyrylcohole is promoted in the microorganism. The present invention also relates to a method for producing butanol using the microorganisms. |
