titleOfInvention | Electrolytic solution for aluminum electrolytic capacitor, and aluminum electrolytic capacitor |
abstract | An aluminum electrolytic capacitor having low impedance characteristics and a long life, and an electrolytic solution for imparting such a capacitor. The electrolytic solution of the present invention contains a water-containing solvent, a phosphorous acid ion generating compound capable of generating phosphorous acid ion ions in an aqueous solution, and a chelating agent capable of forming a water soluble aluminum chelate complex by coordination with aluminum, Azelaic acid and azelaic acid, and a compound selected from the group consisting of formic acid, formic acid salt, adipic acid, adipic acid salt, glutaric acid and glutaric acid salt. The content of azelaic acid and / or azelaic acid is at least 0.03 mol per kg of the solvent. When the electrolytic solution of the present invention is used in an aluminum electrolytic capacitor using a positive electrode having an aluminum oxide coating containing phosphorus in an amount of 30 mg to 150 mg per unit CV in terms of phosphoric acid, the lifetime of the capacitor is prolonged remarkably. |
