The conjugated polymer used in the method of producing a polymer-lapped semiconducting carbon nanotube according to the present invention exhibits a band gap and HOMO and LUMO energy levels similar to the band gap energy of the semiconducting carbon nanotube, Since it includes a side chain having a length sufficient for lapping, it exhibits an effect of efficiently dispersing single-walled carbon nanotubes having semiconductor characteristics.
