abstract | A quantum dot light emitting element is provided. The quantum dot light emitting device includes an anode, a hole injection layer formed on the anode and containing an additional conductive material such as poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) -poly (styrene sulfonate) and PEDOT-PSS, A hole transport layer, a light emitting layer formed on the hole transport layer and including a quantum dot, an electron injection layer formed on the light emitting layer, and a cathode formed on the electron injection layer. The various embodiments of the present invention have an effect of improving the luminous efficiency of the quantum dot light emitting device by improving the hole mobility of the hole injection layer by adopting the hole injection layer containing the additional conductive material in the quantum dot light emitting device. |
