titleOfInvention | Mutant alginate degrading enzyme derived from Azotobacter vinelandi |
abstract | The present invention relates to mutant proteins of alginate degrading enzyme derived from A. vinelandii . More specifically, the present invention relates to a mutant alginate degrading enzyme, a production method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same. The mutant alginate degrading enzymes of the present invention have been found to have higher degradation activity than the wild type enzyme, and thus can be used for the purpose of lowering or eliminating alginic acid. In particular, when bacteria are used in combination with existing antibiotics to remove alginic acid from the biofilm formed for infection, it is possible to effectively inhibit bacterial infection. |
