abstract The present invention relates to a composition for prevention and improvement of hyperlipidemia, which comprises a mixed extract of Yeoju, Sansui, Omija and Jujube. More particularly, the present invention relates to a composition for prevention and improvement of hyperlipidemia comprising water, a lower alcohol having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a polyhydric alcohol (butylene glycol, 70 to 90% by weight of a laxative extract obtained by adding and extracting at least one of an extractant selected from the group consisting of an extract of Lactuca sativa Lactobacillus and a mixture thereof, 5 to 15% by weight of an extract of corn oil, 4 to 10% To 5% by weight of the total weight of the composition, thereby lowering total cholesterol and triglyceride and increasing HDL-cholesterol, thereby preventing and ameliorating hyperlipemia.
