titleOfInvention | A Bio Probe for Detecting Novel Swine-Origin H1N1 Influenza and Method for Diagnosing Novel Swine-Origin H1N1 Influenza Using the Same |
abstract | (A) a nanomaterial; (b) an antibody that specifically binds to the antigen of the H1N1 influenza virus covalently linked to the surface of the nanomaterial; And (c) a glass substrate as a solid substrate having a surface modified with the nanomaterial to which the antibody is bound. The present invention also provides a bioprobe for detecting a novel influenza virus H1N1. The present invention provides a method for diagnosing a H1N1 influenza virus using the above-described bioprobe. According to the present invention, the presence or absence of the H1N1 influenza virus can be rapidly measured within 10 minutes using a small amount of the sample. |
