abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for producing DC, a dendritic cell prepared and a use thereof, including a step of culturing DC precursor cells in the presence of a plurality of cytokines. [MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] To solve the above problems, the present inventors have found that DC precursor cells are cultured in the presence of a plurality of cytokines and then cultured for about 1 week in the presence of GM-CSF and IL-4, A dendritic cell with high productivity can be obtained. According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a large amount of DC from a small number of DC precursor cells and a high ability to produce IL-12. Therefore, it is easy to increase the number of DCs to be administered in antitumor immunotherapy using DC and treatment of infectious diseases, DC vaccine is expected to increase. |
