abstract According to the disclosed titanium oxide electrode manufacturing method, a titanium oxide base material is prepared. The titanium oxide base material is heat-treated. The heat-treated titanium oxide base material is electrically reduced. According to this method, it is possible to produce a positive electrode having excellent active oxygen species production efficiency and electrical characteristics by using an inexpensive titanium oxide.
