abstract |
The present invention relates to a process for producing an artificial leather by applying an adsorbent to a synthetic leather raw material and reacting it with a harmful substance including a volatile organic compound (VOC), washing the synthetic leather raw material after immersion, And a method for removing the odor caused thereby and an artificial leather produced thereby. The method of removing odor of artificial leather according to the present invention enables prevention of volatilization or reduction of volatilization through fixing of volatile organic compounds by application of an adsorbent and a reaction process. Furthermore, after the synthetic leather fabric and the adsorbent react, the artificial leather fabric is washed with water to substantially remove the volatile organic compounds fixed on the fabric surface from the artificial leather. Thus, the amount of the volatile organic compounds contained in the finished product is remarkably reduced . |
