abstract The water member 1 has a tubular member 10 and a cover 20 that at least covers the tip 11 thereof. A horizontal hole (14) communicating with the flow path (13) is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the tubular member. The cover has an outer peripheral wall (21) elastically compressively deformable and a head (23) provided at one end thereof. The head portion is provided with a lumen (24) into which a tubular member is inserted, and a slit (25) is formed in the deepest portion (24a) of the lumen. The inner circumferential surface of the lumen closely contacts with the outer circumferential surface of the tubular member to block the horizontal holes and the distal end of the tubular member and the distal end of the lumen are spaced apart from each other. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the amount of the liquid phase adhering to the outer surface of the cover and the arm member after separation from the arm member.
