The new microorganism Bacillus amyloliquefaciens NAAS-1 (KACC 91751P) of the present invention is represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 and is characterized by inhibiting the growth of pathogenic bacteria caused by Chinese cabbage blight. According to the present invention, by providing a new microorganism Bacillus amyloliquefaciens NAAS-1 having excellent control effect against Chinese cabbage blight, a microorganism preparation containing them and microbial pesticides, it is possible to grow crops by suppressing the occurrence of Chinese cabbage blight disease So that the number of crops can be increased.
