The present invention is an apparatus comprising a method of enabling non-contamination transfer of liquid from one vessel to another vessel and an embodiment of a prior apparatus and adapter used to carry out the method. Pre-contamination of the liquid means that during the previous process the liquid contaminated with liquid or vapor of the liquid does not leak to the surroundings and the contaminants from the surroundings do not come into contact with the liquid.
