abstract A composite copper particle in which a plurality of inorganic oxide particles having an average particle diameter of 5 to 50 nm are contained in the parent particles containing copper having an average particle diameter of 0.2 to 10 占 퐉. The inorganic oxide particles are completely embedded in the vicinity of the surface of the mother particle and embedded in the mother particle in a partially exposed state on the surface of the mother particle. The inorganic oxide particles are contained in an amount of 0.1 to 5% by weight based on the total amount of the composite copper particles.
