abstract | (PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION) A photoelectric conversion element, a photoelectrochemical cell, and a dye used therefor, which exhibit a high IPCE in the long wavelength region to achieve photoelectric conversion efficiency and excellent durability, are provided.
