In the multilayer ceramic capacitor, the composition of the laminate includes a calcium zirconate-based perovskite-type compound as a main component, and further contains Mn, Sr, and Si. When the laminate is dissolved, Zr is reduced to 100 moles , The molar ratio of Si to the Sr is from 0.1 to 10, and the molar ratio of Mn to Sr is from 0.3 to 3.2.
