abstract | It is possible to sterilize the inside of the thermostatic apparatus with sterilizing gas as it is provided with the atmosphere measuring means 19 called a CO 2 sensor or an oxygen concentration sensor to prevent contemination during the culture. The sensor unit 100 is disposed inside or near the culture chamber and the atmosphere in the culture chamber 2 is sucked in by the airflow generating means 20 to measure the inner atmosphere. Further, highly precise filters 23 and 34 are disposed in the flow path for sucking and discharging the atmosphere inside the culture room 2 to prevent inflow of bacteria and cells, and to prevent the sterilization of the sterilized gas inside the sensor set 100 . |
