(S) -7-amino-5H, 7H-dibenzo [b, d] azepin-6-one of the formula (I) below has the potential to inhibit the synthesis of malonamide derivatives with the potential to act as? -Secretase inhibitors And thus may be useful in the treatment of Alzheimer &apos; s disease and cancer.
