abstract | Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating fat metabolism diseases such as obesity, dyslipidemia, diabetes and the like, which comprises a 2-cyclopenten-1-one oxime derivative represented by the formula (1). Specifically, the compound accelerates lipolysis in differentiated adipocytes (3T3-L1) and consequently reduces the body fat, and thus can be used for the prevention and treatment of fat metabolism diseases such as obesity, dyslipidemia and diabetes mellitus . In formula (1), R 1 represents a linear or branched C 1 -C 6 alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, or a phenyl group having or without a substituent, and R 2 represents an aromatic group with or without a substituent. |
