The present invention relates to a topical nanoemulsion composition for improving the solubility of cyclosporin as an active ingredient and improving the stability of an eye drop composition by mixing cyclosporin, a non-aqueous solvent, an emulsifier and an aqueous solvent, and a method for producing the same. The nano-emulsion topical composition according to the present invention has an average particle size of 200 nm or less, preferably 100 nm or less, and a particle distribution is very narrow. Therefore, it is possible to perform sterilization filtration, improve the stability, and clinically have a good effect of improving the foreign body sensation and the blurring of vision, so that it can be usefully used as an eye dropping eye. |
