titleOfInvention The manufacturing method of measuring blood oxygen saturation sensor and measuring blood oxygen saturation sensor
abstract The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a sensor for irradiating light to a part of a body of a subject and then measuring the degree of oxygen saturation of the subject by processing the transmitted light, the method comprising the steps of: forming a first plate and a second plate A lead frame arranging step (S10) of arranging a plurality of lead frames in parallel; (S20) of molding a reflector having an outer edge protruded upward so as to have a base and a base surrounding the part of the lead frame by injecting resin and having a concave accommodation space on the upper part of the base; A chip bonding step (S30) of attaching and electrically connecting an optical semiconductor chip to a top surface of one of the first plate or the second plate of the accommodation space; A wire bonding step (S40) for electrically connecting the optical semiconductor chip and the other plate; A sealing step (S50) of filling a liquid accommodating space of the lead frame and the reflector with a liquid transparent resin and curing the same; (S60) of separating a plurality of packages from each other, and a sensor (S100) for measuring blood oxygen saturation and a sensor (100) for measuring blood oxygen saturation.
