titleOfInvention | Cryopreservative composition for cell and tissue |
abstract | The present invention provides a composition for cryopreservation capable of safely cryopreserving cells or tissues of an animal or a plant containing human without using a harmful cryopreservation agent such as dimethyl sulfoxide and is useful for cryopreservation or freeze- Poly-L-lysine is reacted with succinic anhydride to block at least 60% of the amino group of? -Poly-L-lysine, and the thus obtained polymer compound is dissolved in a commercially available culture medium , 7.5% w / w% in DMEM (Dulbecco's Modified Medium) to obtain a frozen storage liquid, and 0.5% to 10% of ε-poly-L-lysine succinic acid derivative as food or medicine . |
