titleOfInvention Anaerobic Culture Jar for Incubating Obligate Anearobic Microorganisms
abstract The present invention relates to an incubator for solid culture of absolute anaerobic microorganisms, characterized in that it is equipped with a butyl rubber stopper for gas replacement and pressurization in an incubator for solid culture of absolute anaerobic microorganisms. According to the invention, the absolute anaerobic microorganism can be easily and solidly cultivated without oxygen contamination, which is effective for the cultivation of existing anaerobic microorganisms, as well as for screening of microorganisms producing electronic fuels capable of producing electronic fuels such as methane from carbon dioxide and electrons .
