The present invention relates to novel peptides for preventing or treating bone diseases. The present invention also relates to a polynucleotide encoding the peptide, a vector comprising the polynucleotide, a host cell transformed with the vector, and a method for producing the peptide using the host cell. The present invention also relates to a composition for preventing or treating bone diseases comprising the novel peptide. The novel peptide according to the present invention induces blood release of hematopoietic stem cells, resulting in a decrease in osteoclast cell number, thereby decreasing osteoclast action by osteoclasts, inhibiting the progression of osteoporosis lesions, It is safe, and it has the effect of alleviating osteoporosis symptoms even at low dose, which is a peptide consisting of 16 short amino acids. |
