abstract Disclosure of the Invention An object of the present invention is to provide a composition for oral disintegrating medicinal products having excellent oral disintegration and high hardness, which can be applied to medicinal ingredients unstable particularly to water.n n n In addition, the pharmaceutical composition containing lactose and powdered cellulose of the present invention exhibits high hardness without prolonging the disintegration time in the oral cavity. Also, by containing a disintegrant, the hardness is increased without extending the disintegration time in the mouth. Further, a pharmaceutical composition containing magnesium metasilicate aluminate and further containing at least one member selected from silicic acid and silicate other than magnesium metasilicate alumina, has a higher hardness . In addition, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can be manufactured and provided by a general industrial manufacturing method without requiring a special pharmaceutical preparation technique.
