titleOfInvention A heating polymer manufacturing process, heating-yarn manufacturing process and that heating-yarn
abstract The present invention provides a method for preparing a conductive/heating polymer for manufacturing heating yarn, in which a thermoplastic resin comprising a thermoplastic rubber having a property complementary agent and an antioxidative agent mixed with each other is mixed and stirred with a conductive filler, an internal lubricant, and external lubricant and the mixed thermoplastic resin passes through an extruder, thereby obtaining a uniformly dispersed resin. Further, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a heating yarn using a conductive/heating polymer, in which the conductive/heating polymer prepared by the preparation method passes through an extruder to be solidified as uniformly dispersed pellets, the solidified pellets are put in the profile extruder to be melted, and a conductive polymer, which is melted and extruded from the profile extruder, is coated on an outer circumference surface of a yarn, which is supplied to a die provided at the end of the profile extruder. Further, the present invention provides a heating yarn obtained by the method for preparing the conductive/heating polymer and the method for manufacturing a heating yarn. During the process, the gas harmful to a human body and environment is not generated and a dispersion medium is not volatilized, thereby maintaining uniform conductivity of products; and an air gap generation due to volatilization does not occur, thereby preventing the breakage of the heating yarn of the present invention during a weaving process using the heating yarn, thus obtaining products with uniform conductivity. Therefore, the improvement in product reliability, excellent physical properties of products, and mass production of products can be anticipated, and an economical effect of reducing production costs can be also anticipated.
