abstract | The present invention relates to a resin composition having excellent adhesion properties, corrosion resistance and processability to a steel pipe and a hot dip galvanized pipe (white pipe), and a VOC abatement paint composition using the same. The resin used in the present invention is excellent in adhesion, corrosion resistance and processability to steel pipes and hot-dip galvanized steel pipes (white pipes) as compared with conventional styrene alkyd resins as phosphate ester modified styrene alkyd resins. Also, when a paint using a phosphoric acid ester-modified styrene alkyd resin is used, dimethyl carbonate (dimethyl carbonate) may be partially introduced in addition to conventional solvents such as toluene and xylene to prepare a VOC-reduced paint for existing paint compositions. |
