abstract | A method for solidifying a phosphoric acid ester flame retardant that does not require highly refining and does not use a stress load is provided. The present invention relates to a method for solidifying a phosphoric acid ester-based flame retardant in which seed crystals are added in an amount of 1 to 50 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of a phosphate ester compound represented by the following general formula (I) in a molten state at 55 占 폚 or lower. (In the formula (I), R 1 and R 2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and n represents a number of 1 to 5) In the above general formula (I), the phosphoric acid ester compound wherein n is 1 is preferably less than 90% by mass, and it is preferable that R 1 and R 2 are hydrogen atoms. |
