Provided is an adhesive capable of forming a cell packing material having a high adhesive strength even after a long term endurance test and having excellent moldability. The polyurethane adhesive for a battery packaging material of the present invention contains a subject and a polyisocyanate curing agent, and the subject is a polyester polyol (A1) having a glass transition temperature of 40 DEG C or more and a polyester polyol (A2) having a glass transition temperature of less than 40 DEG C, (NCO) of an isocyanate group contained in the curing agent relative to the total of the hydroxyl group and carboxyl group derived from the polyol component (A) and the polyol component (A) containing the polyol component (A) at a specific composition ratio and the silane coupling agent / ([OH] + [COOH]) is set to 10 to 30. |
