abstract | It is an object of the present invention to provide a hair treatment agent which has appropriate smoothness, is easy to open by hand, has good handling properties, and is capable of maintaining a stable dispersion state without causing oil phase separation. The present invention relates to a hair treatment agent in the form of an aqueous type emulsion in which [A] a high alcohol, a [B] cation surfactant and a [C] hydroxypropyl starch phosphate are mixed, wherein the amount of [A] higher alcohol Is less than 3% by mass. As the higher alcohol, it is preferable to use a saturated alcohol having from 16 to 22 carbon atoms. |
