Method of integration of concentration-dehydration and aerobic air-drying of sewage sludge |
abstract |
An integrated method of concentration-dewatering and aerobic air-drying of sewage sludge of the present invention comprises the following steps: (a) pre-treating (3) with an organic treating agent; (b) gravity-concentrating the residual sludge pretreated with the organic treating agent (5); (c) pre-treating (7) with an inorganic treating agent; (d) mechanically dehydrating (8); (e) crushing and dispersing (10); And (f) aerobically air-drying step (11). The method of the present invention has the following advantages: (i) improving the sedimentation performance of the residual sludge, improving the concentration efficiency of the sludge, decreasing the concentration time and decreasing the volume of the concentration pool; (ii) reducing the volume of dehydrated sludge, thereby correspondingly reducing subsequent heat treatment loads; (iii) low energy consumption for drying; (iv) the sludge particles migrate at low speed during the drying process and are produced safely and safely without power; (v) Environmentally friendly emission standards can be reached after the dried exhaust air has been washed with water; And (vi) the produced sludge particles are not compact, which is good for recycling use. |
