abstract | The present invention relates to an active substance-containing pellet having a polymer coating and an average particle size of 300 to 1100 μm. The pellets contain a pharmaceutically active substance incorporated into a polymer matrix of one or more polymers. The pellets according to the invention were sieved in a 200 m sieve having a sieve diameter of 20 cm and a shaking amplitude of 1.5 mm at a shaking frequency of 50 1 / sec for 10 minutes in the presence of six rubber cubes having a length of 1.8 cm. The maximum friability measured by a 200 g pellet in a sieving machine is 0.1%.
